Every project handled by Sam Designer is processed within a strictly isolated, sandboxed digital environment. This includes your project's visual tokens, system configurations, source code blocks, and analytic parameters — each contained separately from every other client workspace. No project's assets, credentials, or working files are ever shared across environments, by design.
We operate under a strict zero-tracking telemetry framework. Sam Designer does not run behavioral analytics on your project data, and your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Any operational metrics we retain are limited to what's required to deliver your subscription — nothing more.
All communication sent through our official channels — including contact@samdesigner.com and our secure WhatsApp gateway — is encrypted in transit. Project files, feedback, and account details exchanged through these channels follow the same isolation standards described above, and remain accessible only to the team members actively working on your account.
